The Chicago Valves Series HP79 is a high-pressure API 608 three-piece, 2-way full port ball valve designed for demanding industrial applications. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel, it features an elevated mounting pad for in-line stem packing adjustment without removing the actuator or handle. Available with DELRIN or PEEK seats and Threaded SW (Socket Weld) connection.
The HP79 includes a blowout-proof stem, reinforced stem packing, investment cast body construction, and an ISO direct mounting pad for actuator automation.
Designed to API 608 standards, it offers dependable quarter-turn shutoff with pressure ratings up to 3200 PSI and temperatures from -50° to 600°F (-46° to 316°C).
Up to approx.3200 PSI (depending on size and configuration), temperatures ranging from -50°F to 600°F (-46° to 316° C).
Available in sizes from 1/4" to 2".
