Returns
- To be eligible for return, your item must be in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns more than 15 days after purchase.
- We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. Before you make a return, please contact customer service to receive authorization before you return your product. Customer service will review the order and provide a return Authorization based on merit.
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. When the damage is caused by shipping, we will replace. We must have the damaged product as to claim damages from the carrier. damaged parts must be sent back to us and we will pay shipping
- If the Return is due to our mistake we will refund the entire order including any charges you incur for shipping it back to us.
- To initiate a return you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please do not send without an RMA. Contact us to initiate the RMA.
- If the Return is due to the customer ordering the incorrect product, a restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from the Refund.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit issued to the form of payment used for purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item please obtian an RMA first by contacting us.
Do not send us a damaged or defective item for exchange prior to contacting us. We cannot accept exchanges unless you have made contact with us first.
