The Chicago Valves Series 284F is an Class 150 forged steel flanged gate valve engineered for reliable shutoff service in industrial piping systems. Manufactured from ASTM A105N normalized forged steel, the Series 28F features a multi-turn OS&Y (Outside Screw & Yoke) rising stem design that provides positive visual indication of valve position while supporting long-term serviceability and maintenance access.
Raised face flanged connections allow integration into class 150 piping systems, with pressure ratings up to 285 PSI at 100°F and operating temperatures ranging from -20°F to 1000°F depending on service conditions and ASME pressure-temperature ratings.
The Chicago Series 28F is also available in flanged Class 300 and 600 pressure classes.
Available in sizes from 1/2" to 1 1/2".
