68J100
The Valpres 68J100 is a high-performance, 2-way, split-body flanged ball valve designed for ANSI Class 300 industrial service. CF8M (316) stainless steel body, providing high corrosion resistance, while the internal trim consists of a A479-316/A351-CF8M stainless steel ball and a high-strength 17-4-PH blowout-proof stem.
Certified Fire Safe to API 607.
Full-bore design maximizes flow capacity and minimizes pressure drop across the line. Sealing with Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats and graphite packing, temperature range of -4°F to +366°F and vacuum service down to 10⁻³. Mechanical safety, includes an integrated antistatic device to maintain electrical continuity between the ball, stem, and body. Includes an ISO 5211 mounting pad and a Double "D" stem to facilitate direct-mount automation. Every unit undergoes pressure testing according to API 598 standards before leaving the factory.
Available in sizes from 1/2" to 6". Also offered as packages comprised of valve and actuator (both pneumatic DA/SR and electric) factory optimized by size (see More Options at the bottom of the page for a list of actuator paired with current valve offerings).
