      The Chicago Valves Series 316 is a severe-service Class 300 316 stainless steel globe valve featuring a bolted bonnet, rising stem, and Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) design, engineered for high-pressure, highly corrosive flow regulation.

      Built to API 603 and ASME B16.34 standards, it is constructed from durable cast 316 stainless steel and is compliant with NACE MR0175 for sour gas environments. Features high-performance PTFE packing, solid 316 SS disc, metal-to-metal (316 SS) seat, and Class 300 flanged Raised Face (RF) ends to ASME B16.5, fully tested to API 598 standards. Also available with Class 150 flanged Raised Face (RF) ends.

      Available in sizes from 1/2" to 6".

      • The Chicago Valves Series 316 is a cast 316 stainless steel globe valve designed for severe-service applications. Conforming to API 603 and ASME B16.34, this valve is designed for demanding high-pressure commercial and industrial throttling services where dependable shutoff, extreme corrosion resistance, and long service life are required. The bolted bonnet and rising stem design ensure robust sealing and visible valve position indication during operation.

        The Series 316 is available from 1/2" to 6" with Class 300 flanged Raised Face (RF) ends and conforms to NACE MR0175 for sour service.
