The Siral CVW 1 1/4" FNPT 3-Way Stainless Steel Characterized Control Ball Valve with Actuator (SS Ball & Stem), Cv 10-35 is a compact, high-performance control assembly engineered for highly precise proportional flow mixing or diverting in commercial HVAC water and glycol systems (such as fan coils, air handlers, and VAV reheat coils). The CVW sets new standards in control accuracy, leakage efficiency and life durability in Hydronic Applications.
Valve features threaded FNPT ends, blowout-proof stem, floating seat, self-cleaning SS ball, EPDM Perox O-ring stem seal, and PTFE seat providing bubble-tight (zero leakage) shutoff across all three ports. Rated for up to 600 PSI body pressure, 200 PSI close-off, and operating temperatures from 0°F to 250°F (-18°C to 120°C).

The Siral CVW 1 1/4" FNPT 2-Way Nickel-Plated Brass Characterized Control Ball Valve with Actuator (Stainless Steel Ball & Stem), Cv 10-35 is a compact automated 2-piece valve package designed for highly precise modulating and proportional fluid regulation with bubble-tight (zero leakage) shutoff. Conforming to ASME B16.34, the integrated direct-mounting pad allows the electric actuator to mount directly to the valve body, reducing hysteresis, preventing alignment errors, and saving valuable installation space in commercial mechanical rooms.
To ensure long-term durability in the field, this valve is engineered with a robust nickel-plated brass body designed to reduce stress concentration. Its advanced floating seat design maintains stable operating torque throughout the life of the valve, protecting the actuator from premature wear, while the self-cleaning SS ball actively eliminates blockages and leakage caused by damaged surfaces. Additionally, an integrated thermal barrier flange minimizes heat transfer to further extend the service life of the actuator.
Also available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", and 2" sizes.
