The Bonomi MEN501S package includes the Ghibson N501S Lug Butterfly Valve NSF/ANSI 61/372 Certified for drinking water with EPDM seats, valve body is Epoxy Coated, cast Iron body (CI A126). Stainless steel disc CF8M, the series offer a dual stem design and ISO 5211/DIN 3337 direct mounting for high cycle automation capabilities. The N500S series features a phenolic-backed cartridge seat design which offers a 250 CWP maximum pressure rating, dead-end service to 100 PSI, and conforms to ANSI B16.1 and ANSI B16.5
The package also includes the Valbia 86 Series Electric Actuator 0°-90° rotation with Metal enclosure. The options available are a Fail Safe battery backup, Modulating positioner 0-10VDC or 4-20mA or 3 positions on/off. Voltage options are 24V AC/DC, 12V AC/DC or 100-240V AC.
Available in sizes from 1 1/2" to 24".

Valve
The Ghibson series N501S Lug ANSI 150 Flanged Butterfly valve, ACF8M SS disc, NSF Certified for EPDM seats, features:
- Epoxy coated ductile iron (EN-GJS 400-15) Lug body
- ISO 5211 Direct Mounting pad/square stem
- Food grade EPDM resilient seat -30°F to +266°F.
- Pressure rating: 250 psi: 1 1/2”-20” and 150 psi: 24”
- API609 face to face flange
- Floating dual shaft disc design
- MSS SP 67 Compliant
- No pins in disc prevent potential leak points
- NSF certified for drinking water service (EPDM seats only)

Valbia Electric Actuator Features
- Valbia electric actuators are suitable for the automation of a great variety of ball and butterfly valves
- The motor adjusts its speed at the load variations in order to consistently maintain the specified cycle time
- The torque limiter and the heaters are both included in the standard version and are always automatically operating when the actuator is powered, to ensure a continuous protection against condensation and over-torque
- The gear train is made of two steel and techno-polymer gear wheels, inserted in a strong die-cast aluminum structure and sustained by hardened steel pinions mounted on self-lubricating bushes, to provide a strong mechanical construction
- The Valbia electric actuators are all designed with an ISO 5211 standard bottom connection pattern, in order to allow the direct mount of all ISO 5211 designed valves

With Battery backup for Fail Safe Operation
- This version allows for the the activation of the Battery as soon as the power supply is interrupted.
- For this ON/OFF standard version: Fail close, Fail open or complete the interrupted cycle.
Special version with std (4-20mA or 0-10 V) or reverse (20-4mA or 10-0V) positioner
- The modulating version can be controlled by a current (4-20 mA) or voltage (0-10V) command.
- The proportional control allows a resolution command of 0.9°, with a positioning tolerance of less than 1% of the potentiometer full scale.
