The Chicago Valves Series 414 is an API 600 compliant, Class 600 flanged cast steel swing check valve engineered for heavy-duty industrial backflow prevention. Constructed with an ASTM A216 WCB body and ASTM A105 trim, it features a bolted cover for secure maintenance and an integral seat to eliminate leak paths behind the seat ring.
The Series 414 is NACE MR-0175 compliant for sour service and meets ASME B16.34 and B16.10 standards. Rated for 285 PSI at 100°F and temperatures up to 1,000°F, the Series 414 is tested to API 598 to ensure reliability in oil, gas, and steam applications. In addition to the Class 600 design, this series is also available in Class 150 and Class 300 configurations for higher-pressure service requirements.
